We are in an environment that today’s business world confronts us with an unbelievably abrupt changes, that changes are constant and that if we do not refresh and make advancements, we lose our ability for competition.

Business world that changes constantly necessitates developing our strategies again and again. And also changing strategies necessitate analyzing our processes.

We can manage the future only with analyzing and studying the past in a correct way.

Our business life has begun with the company that our decedent father Omer Matlı established in Karacabey in the year 1988. We were certainly not aware of the fact that we would be in top three in the national market sector after 20 years, that we would be the 449th among the biggest 500 industrial enterprises of Turkey in the year 2007 those days. But we very well knew that we were fair and responsible for the people working every time and under every condition, partners that we cooperated together and everybody, that it was necessary to work in a disciplined, efficient  and devoted way in order to achieve the better.

Healing our processes, using our sources effectively by protecting our values today makes it possible for providing the all parties to profit, and forming a leader firm in its sector by developing a business in the global platform. The positive results, which we acquired with the enterprises that we carried out, show that we are on the right path.

I believe that “success” does not just mean our efforts’ being appreciated, winning awards or having positive results by materialistic means. “Success” is the appreciation of our efforts while we are conducting our choices according to this by striving for the good and nice not only for our lives but also for all of our workers, our business partners and our customers. The individual’s providing benefit for everybody that has or does not have contribution to our factory and more important one is that the individual, who has a part at success, to be encouraged in order to make the better and the further one by being aware of this.

We have been determined for dreaming and working much more in order to make our dreams come true. Our fortune is near our dreams and it is much stronger with our past and our backgrounds from now on.

In this path, to know that all of our workers, our retailers, solution partners and our family progress to the reach to the goal without fear and startled in the direction of Omer MATLI’s principles makes us encouraged forever.
