The existing school building’s construction was initiated by the benefactor decedent ÖMER MATLI in the beginning of the year 1993. The construction of the building was accomplished in the end of the year 1993. Upon a higher education is needed in the county in that period, in regard to the letter dated 15 / 12 / 1994 and numbered 49115 of Provincial Directorate for National Education, in the result of various correspondences and the letter dated 10th March 1995 and numbered 2103 of General Directorate of Primary Education it gave service as a college with its allocation to (about opening Karacabey Vocational High School) ULUDAĞ University for three years.

Since 1999 - 2000 school years, it has given service as Ömer Matlı Primary School after it was delivered to Provincial Directorate for National Education. Their regular staffs in the first opening were Ayten FİDAN, Cemalettin ÖZÇELİK, Emin Zafer BİRCAN, Vice Director Erol PARİK, Hasan ARGIN and Şakir EKİL, and founder director was Mustafa Kemal YAZAR. Our school gave a normal education within 2 years; it has passed to binary education since 2001 - 2002 school years. The repair of the building was completed by Provincial Directorate for National Education as the school was taken to repair in the summer period of the year 2001.

Our benefactor the decedent ÖMER MATLI’s sons Özer and Ömer MATLI brothers finalized the studies by evaluating wishes about the extension of the school to be built on the most suitable place without narrowing the existing school garden in the scope of 100 % support to the education, and the necessary reports were delivered them by District Director of National Education on the date of 25th November 2004. The groundbreaking ceremony of the extension was made on the date of 13rd December 2004 Monday. The protocol that was performed as an extension building consisting of 8 classrooms on the date of 15 July 2004 was revised as 16 classrooms on the date of 24th February 2005. The school continues to give service as a single building after the extension building construction was completed in the month of September in the t-year 2005.  Now it gives service with 29 classes and 33 staffs.
